We now need to strengthen our toolroom and set up team at our Milton Keynes plant, main duties to include:

  • To ensure that machine set-ups including ancillary equipment are conducted efficiently in accordance with production plans and time allocations.
  • To ensure the correct specifications are achieved as required by the production/technical department, to ensure every effort is made to minimize machine downtime.
  • To produce good quality, safe, hygienic containers to customer specification. To ensure timely turnaround of moulds, tooling and heads after routine servicing.
  • Attention to detail and quality of workmanship are essential in the performance of this role.

What makes you great

Experience / Requirements

  • Level 3 NVQ in a relevant field is desirable.
  • Experience in Extrusion Blow Moulding processes, technology and tools would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work and in a safe manner within the company.
  • Use of all toolroom equipment to a high standard of precision and safety.
  • Understanding and experience of using workplace 5S is not essential but is an advantage.
  • Valuable experience of management and/or control of health and safety in engineering environments.

Starting salary from £29,780 per annum (higher salary available for more experienced) + Benefits
