
Human Resources Administrator
What you will enjoy doing
- Prepare and maintain physical employee files onsite and scan relevant documents to online portals/filing as needed
- Prepare employment contracts and documentation onsite and maintain compliance with documentation standards
- Confidentially and securely maintain records of all HR information
- Support the onboarding process
- Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems, including new hires, promotions, and terminations
- Produce reports and support data distribution across the organization
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all updates in alignment with payroll cutoffs and operating procedures
- Support various HR and accounting-related administrative matters
- Shaping and promote company culture and building positive employee' experience among the team
- Cooperation with HR external providers (e.g.: Health and safety, payroll, benefits)
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
- Support recruitment and selection processes
What makes you great
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles in international companies
- Understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Advanced English and Polish language skills—both written and spoken
- Knowledge of labor law and employment-related matters
- Excellent work organization, punctuality, commitment, and accountability for completed tasks
- Proficiency with tools such as Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to collaborate across functions
