Operator Engineer
What you will enjoy doing
- Responsible for the operation of the machines with standard KPIs.
- Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot and solve machines problems.
- Make routine adjustments to machine controls and guides, consistent with standard operating procedures.
- Adjust as needed all secondary equipment including, but not limited to machine material blender systems, conveyors, grinders, etc.
- Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, planning and warehousing) for seamless process implementation.
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor and optimize process performance.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and organized (5S),
- Follow all required safety policies and regulations
- Work safely at all times and follow safety policies and regulations including PPE and LOTO, etc.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineer
- + 2 years of experience at any manufacturing environment.
- Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
- Excel and Power BI knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good in English Communicaton, verbal and written.
