What you will enjoy doing
Purpose of the role;
To ensure that bottles produced are of the highest quality and meet customer specifications.
Tasks & responsibilities (not limited to)
- Carry out quality checks on products coming off production line to ensure they are of the highest quality.
- Helping to ensure customer specifications are met and maintained.
- To carry out daily/weekly checks on QC equipment and record that it is in good working order.
- Carry out routine quality and colour checks on machines.
- Isolate non-conforming bottles and accurately record this.
- Ensure that all activities in quality department are carried out in accordance with health and safety and hygiene standards on site.
- Ensure that all activities in the quality department are carried out in accordance with ISO standard on site.

Skills/Qualifications
- Ideally will have previous experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing/production environment
- High attention to detail and process driven
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Minimum Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
