Company Driver

What you will enjoy doing

1. Drives the car to transport the General Manager and other defined expatriates from his/their residence to the company and vice versa; and from/to other locations as required.

2. Provides transportation service to the Procurement and/or Engineering team in purchasing needed local materials and spare parts.

3. Drives other officers and supervisors as may be needed and required. Drives for employees who will have official business trip outside the company.

4. Acts as messenger and purchaser when required.

5. Act as liaison officer to all government agencies (DOLE, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, Bureau of Immigration, etc.)

6. Cleans and inspects the car to ensure cleanliness, safety and security.

7. Brings the car for maintenance service and or repairs. 

8. Registers the service vehicle/company car on or before due date.

9. Does various errands (photocopying documents, sending documents from one department to another) as required.

10. Complies with and practice the ISO standards including GMP and 5S practices.

11. Perform other work-related task as may be assigned from time to time.

What makes you great

  • Graduate of secondary education (high school)
  • Vocational graduate who is willing to take the job responsibility can be considered
  • At least six (6)-month work experience as a driver
  • Related experience driving a four-wheeled vehicle for executive level is an advantage
  • Attentive, analytical and has a protective/defensive mind to ensure the safety and security of the passengers (both expatriates and locals)
  • Good communication skills to be able to clarify instructions and to report once tasks are completed
  • Good intrapersonal and interpersonal skills to relate well both with employee and visitor passengers
  • Basic English language skills (oral and written)
  • Flexible and has a high regard and awareness for safety
  • With high sense of responsibility
  • With high regard for the value of time
  • Able to respond immediately to administrative concerns regarding transportation requirements and company errands
  • Regular coordination with the HR Assistant about transportation concerns and requirements
  • Good interaction between EXPATs, office employees and visitors
  • Preferably residing near Alabang, Muntinlupa City
