Senior Beverage Closure Development Expert (m/f/d)
What you will enjoy doing
- Gather and analyze market requirements for plastic beverage closures
- Define product scope and create detailed product specifications
- Develop innovative closure designs in close collaboration with our product design team
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise sampling during the pilot phase
- Initiate, monitor, and evaluate internal laboratory tests
- Conduct and support line tests at customer sites
- Lead cross-functional development projects from concept to industrialization
- Act as key technical contact for customers and suppliers throughout the development process
- Ensure alignment between closure design and beverage filling line requirements

- Deep understanding of beverage filling technologies and line integration
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
