
L&D Coordinator
What you will enjoy doing
- Responsible for the annual training plan (Needs analysis, validation and tracking).
- Managing & planning training implementation, administration and evaluation (Venues, Catering, Printing Material if needed, attendance management, Invoices, evaluations, certificates and local/regional reports).
- Work closely with L&D and department managers to develop and implement training programs (technical & non-technical) that align with organizational goals.
- Support in designing and customizing of learning materials, courses, and training programs based on identified needs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding training-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of employee participation, progress, and feedback from training sessions.
- Responsible for creating & following up on Purchase Requests related to all related activities.
- Review instructor performance to recommend improvements to the program content, presentation methods etc.
- Assist in the performance management cycle throughout the year (Employee Dialogue including AlplaPEOPLE Software).
- Support the L&D team on the eSkill Matrix in terms of monitoring the assessments and support in creating training plan and responsible to follow up on the implementation of the plan.
- Assist in working on KPIs together with the Manager(s) then evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs to revise and recommend changes.
- Assist in tracking training budget & align with the HRIS Manger & finance department the actual spent on monthly basis to ensure the budget efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable entity
- Ability to deal with people from all nationalities and cultures
- Active and fast learner
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Very good skills in MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.)
- Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with training and development tools and methodologies.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Learning and Development, HR, or a related field.
- Prior experience in coordinating training programs or events is preferred.
