Mold Maintenance Supervisor
What you will enjoy doing
As Mold Maintenance Supervisor, you have to support the ALPLA production plants on all mold related matters and serve as technical key contact for ALPLA mold suppliers related to mold standards for extrusion blow molds, stretch blow molds and injection molds. Your area of responsibilities also includes the following tasks:
- Preventive mold maintenance according to maintenance plan.
- Trouble shooting in case of mold breakdown.
- Supervise cleaning of molds and working area according to 5S
- Analyze root cause of mold breakdown together with technician for preventive action.
- Improve and maintain mold to ensure good condition.
- Train technician and team about mold preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
What makes you great
- Graduated in Diploma/Certificate or bachelor's degree in Mold/Plastic technology or Mechanical Engineering or any related fields.
- Has work experience on mold preventive maintenance, mold repair and troubleshooting preferably from a plastic bottle manufacturing industry.
- With minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in supervising engineering activities and functions
- Knowledge maintenance in Hot rummer and Husky & Mold Master would be plus
- Professional license is an advantage
- AutoCAD skills would be a plus
- Good English communication
- Able working 6 Days/Week
