Digital Product Development Architect - PLM/CAD/ERP (all gender)
What you will enjoy doing
You will be the key architect behind ALPLA's digital product development IT landscape — shaping how ideas turn into industrial innovations.
- Design and evolve the architecture that connects our PLM, CAD, CAM, and ERP systems
- Bridge Engineering, Innovation, and IT to ensure smooth data flow and efficient processes
- Define integration standards and guide how digital tools interact across the development cycle
- Drive initiatives that turn disconnected systems into a unified, data-driven ecosystem
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies that make product development faster, smarter, and more transparent
- Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams on system design and digital strategy
What makes you great
- Solid background in digital product development or engineering IT (PLM, CAD, CAM, ERP)
- Experience with platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems
- A strong architectural mindset – you can see the big picture and design scalable solutions
- Skilled in data integration, system consolidation, and translating business needs into IT solutions
- Understanding of development processes in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Independent, analytical, and eager to build what's next
